I am a self taught artist, and first connected with my love of creating when painting as physical therapy after carpal tunnel surgery.

In 2009 while visiting Dawson City, I fell in love with the town, the people and the ambiance. Living surrounded by wilderness, my creativity and artwork has flourished, and I branched out from painting, and I now also carve and make jewelry.

Inspired by the abundance of natural materials in the Yukon, I now carve caribou and moose bone, teeth and horn, and incorporate these and other natural materials into my jewelry and carvings.
